The Ecotap Portal is the central location for everything related to your charging solution. Here you can manage your subscriptions, activate charging stations, request charging cards, and find support for questions or changes. Through the portal, you can log in to the back office of our partner Last Mile Solutions (LMS), where, depending on your subscription, you can view your usage, manage rates and view invoices. Do you have a support question? Then you can easily contact our service team through the portal, with or without an account. You will also find frequently asked questions and forms for common requests such as rate changes or requesting a charging card.
